Therapy
Rates for individual therapists will vary slightly, but generally rates for therapy range from $150-150 per session (53 min session length). See individual therapist pages for specific rate information and to book a free consultation.
Group programs/support
We occasionally offer groups for new and expecting parents, and newly partnered/married people. Group sessions can be more cost-effective than individual therapy, and happen within the support of people in a similar phase of life. Please inquire about rates and availability.
Coaching
Coaching is more than just talking. It’s about collaboration and development. Your coach will be the missing link in your personal development that is so hard to find as a leader. Someone you can be vulnerable with in a safe and confidential space. Rates for coaching are $200 / session (53 minute session length).
